The Paul Harris Society

Barbara Winburn currently serves as the Paul Harris Society Coordinator for District 5910, responsible for honoring new Society members and promoting engagement in the Society. She is also the Immediate Past President of the Rotary Club of Galveston and a trustee in the Galveston Rotary Foundation. Barbara is a member of the Advisory Boards for the Mae S. Bruce Library in Santa Fe and the Island ETC Theatre in Galveston. A retired Internal Auditor from UTMB, Barbara spends as much time as she can performing in local community theatres throughout the Galveston Bay area. |
